The kit makes a model of a Narrow Gauge Steam Railcar in the style of the late cartoonist Rowland Emett. The finished model is designed to run on 00/H0 track. The kit is complete except for glue and paint and the parts are made from vacuum cast polyurethane resin to a very high standard.
A Hornby basic 0-4-0 chassis is required to complete the model.
