LNER 12ton Fruit Van Dia 94 - OO unpainted plastic kit

Similar in construction to PC61, 500 of these were built in the mid 1930s for the LNERs substantial fruit traffic. This originated mainly in East Anglia but ports such as Harwich, Hull and Leith were also important. Outwith the fruit season, they might also be used for general traffic. Most lasted into the mid 1960s.

This finely moulded plastic wagon kit comes complete with pin point axle wheels and bearings. Glue and paint will be required, along with appropriate transfers. Additional parts to enable the vehicle to be modelled incorporating modifications made to the prototypes during their working life are included where appropriate.

Comes with metal wheels. Coupling required.
