Barrow Crossing - allows goods

Barrow crossings are used by staff at railway stations to cross the tracks with barrows or mail trolleys when the steps of an overbridge or underpass would otherwise make it difficult for them to cross between platforms. They are usually made from wooden planks and provide a smooth, level, crossing allowing carts to be manoeuvred freely and would usually be found at the end of platform ramps.

This kit contains pre-coloured plastic parts to recreate a wooden barrow crossing to fit either a single or a double-track layout with Peco Streamline track spacing. Parts are designed to fit OO/HO gauge track without the need for modification and the sections are stepped underneath to fit directly over sleepers and chairs.
